Our diaper bag boutique offers two secure methods of payment to place your order. You may pay via PayPal, a secure payment option that accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay via electronic check if you choose to pay for your purchase via PayPal; once your electronic check has cleared we will ship your order. Our alternate method of Payment is secure credit card processing via Authorize.net. Authorize.net also accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover; the only difference between our two payment options is that Authorize.net does not accept electronic checks.

What is your standard shipping time for your diaper bags? TOP
We kindly request that you allow 2-4 weeks for your designer diaper bag to arrive. While many diaper bags will arrive sooner than 2 weeks, several items are custom made upon receipt of your order. If you need your diaper bag to arrive before the minimum 2 week delivery date, please contact us prior to placing your order.

What are your shipping fees? TOP
DiaperBagsRock.com proudly offers a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for all designer diaper bags under $100.00. All orders over $100.00 ship free of charge.

What if I wish to return my order? TOP

Many of our designer diaper bags are custom made upon receipt of your order. As such, DiaperBagsRock.com will only accept returns of items that arrive severely damaged. DiaperBagsRock.com will not accept returns of items that have been damaged via smoking, packages left out in the rain, etc.

Please note that we allow 24 hours for you to cancel your order from the time it has been placed.

DiaperBagsRock.com always welcomes new designers to our fabulous collection of trendy diaper bags! To submit your product for our consideration, please contact us with your company name, a link to your products for us to review, and your drop shipping terms.

Please note at this time DiaperBagsRock.com is strictly a drop shipping, online retailer. We currently do not have the capacity to store minimum orders in our home based office.
